Our Commitment

ScoreGenius has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, or any other personal identifier. We do not sell or trade user data, and there are no advertising networks in the app or on this website. The ScoreGenius app collects no analytics of any kind. This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits; exactly what that records is described below.

Data We Use

• Preferences: favorite teams, theme (light/dark), notification settings
• Prediction History: past forecasts stored locally for your reference
• Local Storage: saves your preferences only; live stats require an internet connection
• Usage Analytics: the app records nothing. This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records page views, the page that referred you, approximate region derived from your IP address, and browser and device details. These are tied to a randomly generated identifier rather than to you, and do not include your name, email address, or precise location. Pages such as this one are reachable from links inside the app, so Google Analytics may run when you open them that way.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to anyone, and we never share it for advertising or marketing. The only third party that receives any data is Google, which processes the Google Analytics measurements described above on our behalf. ScoreGenius contains no advertising networks.

Cookies

The ScoreGenius website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. These record how the site is used in aggregate; they do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time without affecting how the site or the app works. The app itself stores your preferences locally on your device rather than in cookies.
